Refund and Exchange Policy
– No Cancellation:
We do not accept cancellation for an order once the order has been placed.
– No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us via WhatsApp with details of the product and the defect.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
– Ready to Wear items:
We do offer Refund or Exchange on Ready to wear abayas.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
– Alterations:
We provide alterations for orders inside Qatar only for FREE.
– Collect/Delivery:
Please note that delivery / collection costs for returned goods are the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
Please note that orders take 14-30 working days depending on seasons. However alterations may take 7-14 working days.
